Researched a part for an electric snowthrower. The website offered the part as a part available from Canada. Due to required customs clearance the shipping might take a little longer. Since thhis part was difficult to find due to no support from the original manufacturer, I ordered 2 of them just in case. When I ordered the parts and selected the pay option, I was billed by two different companies using Pay Pal. I ordered the parts on October 6, 2023 and I have yet to receive the parts. The part is a scraper blade for a Yardworks/Snow Joe 22 inch corded electric snow thrower. The website was very basic and straight forward like a hardware store site would be. I have disputed the charges with my credit card issuer.
