I bought a Polaroid Photo Booth and photo paper for our upcoming wedding thinking it would be a cheaper alternative to renting a photo booth. I got an email from them saying it was delivered when it was not. When I reached out to the costumer service email they told me I could track my package with *************************** ** *********************** When I tried to type in my order number the URLs ask me to set up an account with a card number. When I reached back out to the costumer service email they have been going round and round with me telling me it was delivered but have no proof and offering me 30%, then 40%, and now 50% of my money back. I have stated to them that I have no record on my ring doorbell of ever receiving this package and if they could kindly send a replacement or give a refund. Today I received this email "Sorry for all these trouble. We have provided the best proposal that we can provide to you hope you can reconsider what we suggest to you. And you still have the right to choose one of the proposals that we provide to you within 7 business days." I unfortunately feel that I will not be getting my money back (which really sucks because weddings) and want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
