The site and Instagram are now defunct.
I’d like my money back.

Like a lot of other people, I pre-ordered a sweater in August 2023 that was supposed to be sent out in December 2023. It never arrived, so I emailed several times and kept getting messages that it would be sent out soon. When I asked for my money back, she stopped replying. I spent almost $200 and I guess she just took it ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Like many others I bought a black Christmas sweater back in March of 23. And, like many others, it is 6/2/24 and I still have not received it after a myriad of excuses that don’t make a whole lot of sense if she hand makes the items, and she has now made it impossible to get in contact with her. Absolute thief.

On 9/4/23 I bought the black holiday Christmas sweater on preorder (as well as a tshirt) and never received either item. I have emailed and reached out multiple times only to be strung along and then outright ignored. It’s almost 6/24 and I don’t have the in stock tshirt the Christmas sweater or my money. She used the goodwill of the horror community against its very fan base.

I placed an order back in November, thought it was odd there was no communication back when I inquired about my order three times. Emailed again, said she was on holiday, fine. Emailed twice more, nothing. Can’t request a refund, can’t dispute because it’s been too long. So I’m out of almost 80$ how is this person allowed to just steal peoples money and get away with it?

I ordered in February of 2023 and only received one of the two items that I ordered but only after contacting the owner numerous times in a 3 month period. There was always an excuse. 6 months later, after filing a complaint with PayPal, I received one item. I contacted her again to ask about the second shirt. Her reply, “oh, I had both marked as shipped. I will issue you a refund when I’m in the office on Tuesday”. Another lie. Never got a refund on the second shirt. At that point I couldn’t get a refund through PayPal or my bank. She also no longer has reviews on her online store. Not surprised. Probably didn’t have many positive reviews.

I made multiple purchases in December ‘22 and January ‘23 as gifts for loved ones. Most of the items were labeled as being made to order and shipping within 4-6 weeks, which I felt was understandable.

Fast forward to October ‘23, and a sizable portion of what I paid for still hasn’t been delivered. A couple of the items that were delivered were of shoddy quality and workmanship, and the seams started coming apart after being washed the first time.

Throughout the last 9+ months, I have stayed in regular contact with the business owner. She has offered excuses like being out of fabric or having accidentally marked the orders as shipped - but the truth is I paid her around $600 in total for merchandise, and a good portion of that she never delivered. On top of that, she has run the clock down so much that for purchases made through PayPal, I can no longer dispute the purchase.

Buyer beware. Seller has some cool stuff on her website, but there’s a very strong chance you won’t ever get what you pay for.

I ordered more than a hundred dollars worth of merchandise nearly a year ago and have never received what I ordered. I contacted the seller twice and was first told they were waiting on supplies and was then told that they already shipped my items, but I never got an email notifying me of shipment or a tracking number so I doubt it. Had to open a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.

I contacted them multiple times and never heard back after waiting forever. I filed a dispute and got a refund thru CC, but then they actually mailed the order AFTER I got the credit card involved. CC recharged me and now I have the items but I don't even want to wear them now. Terrible customer service. Won't reply to customers, but will when CC co gets involved.

Ordered in october! Emailed then in April to see where my order was and was sent a tracking number that has had no movement in a month. Its now May and I threatened to file a chargeback and have just now gotten contact. I will still be requesting a refund. Do NOT order from this site

This business claims to sell handmade goods on their website, but when the items arrive, they have tags that say "Made in Mexico" or it is clear that tags have been cut out of the items by the seller. The items are poorly made and the sizes make no sense. They also take anywhere from 4-6 months to send you your items, and do not answer emails until you threaten to report them for fraud. My experience with them was horrible and I know several other people who have had the same problem.
