Ordered Char-Broil TRU Infrared Patio Bistro Electric Grill. Received a very small package labeled underwear with same item number as grill. Inside were 2 n95 masks. No doubt so if you fight it they will require return shipping and will say its not the item shipped. I used paypal thinking the buyer protection would help so far after 3+ months still nothing. They do reply when paypal contacts them only.

Do not buy from these scammers! Ordered an electric digital smoker, 3 months later they sent 2 n95 masks, worst company i have dealt with EVER. Terrible customer service, never again!

I bought a pit boss 3.5cu ft vertical pellet smoker used my credit card got charged 13 more dollars and they said that it was sent in a little package to my mailbox.. but there no way a smoker that big would fit in my mailbox tried calling number is out of order it says it's from Michigan but has an Alabama phone number and was shipped from China been leaving emails but no one returned anything so now I'm out of the money my husband doesn't have his birthday gift just very disappointed

Ervin Industries is at the address on the website. I don't think www.pomeate.top is their website. Whoever owns this website is using their information and scamming peoples money by selling things super cheap with free shipping. I have seen this before. Doesn't reply to emails either.
