Scammer Do Not Buy from this website Beware

I thought I was purchasing a Pomeranian, but was scammer out of over $700. THE SCAMMERS GO BY SEVERAL DIFFERENT NAMES: Carl Morgan, Muhammad Munir Bari orJamila Bibi, they have an elaborate scam going on. They make up a fake document that I had to sign to transfer the puppy into my name and ask for a deposit of $400. Right before the puppy is to be shipped the remainder of the balance is due. They even sent me tracking details . I received several emails asking if I was home, which I left work and ran home for nothing! Then, I receive a phone call from the shipping company, from a male with a strong Jamaican accent, speaking very fast, when asked to slow down his speech he demanding that I pay an additional $374 since the puppy needed a CVI Certificate and Titter test. When I asked if the shipper was aware of this, the shipping company hung up on me and then sent me a text saying they have more important people to help and I have to work this out with the shipper and I would be responsible to pay additional money until this is resolved. I called the shipping company back, and the company uses Google Voice. No reputable shipping uses Google Voice. This process is all wrong. A dog will never, ever be delivered to your home, only to the airport , which is where the animal is to picked up in the cargo area. The scammer 's phone and address are fake; The shipping company is fake (ERLANGER PRUM), and the seller is non responsive , especailly in the evening. I received another email that the shipper Carl Morgan, or whoever they claim they are had to use the money that I paid to them to pay their bills and had to raise money to pay for the necessary testing, yeah right! I have added documents , please review them. If you get as far as I did , call your credit card company ASAP , DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS CASH, ZELLE, APPLE PAY, CHIME, ETC. I HOPE THIS HELPS. I thought i was purchasing a puppy. I gave a deposit , paid via credit card. Next, i received a document that i had to sign to have the puppy transfers into my name. The price of the entire transaction was agreed upon. The seller states that they will arrange shipping and the puppy would be delivered directly to my house, that never happened. I had to pay the balance before the puppy was to be shipped. I received the tracking information that the puppy was be delivered on a certain day and time(i have omitted the exact details for my privacy) Then, i recieve an email asking if im home, I say no, why? I was told it is my responsibility to track the puppy. All of this is a scam. I receive a phone call from the shipping company stating that i owe additional money for a CVI Certificate and Titter Test. As i questioned why the shipper was not aware of this, i was hung up on and immediately recieved a text message stating that the shipping company have more important customer to deal with and i had to work out the payment. I sent multiple emails letting the seller know that i did not agree to any additional charges, and it is there responsibility to take care of this. The seller contacts me and firdt tells me they have been traveling all day and in meetings, and then tells me that they have no more money. I immediately ask for a refund or solution. I receive an email that the seller will not rest until the puppy is taken care of. I continue to contact the seller via phone, the phone number is fake, all it does is ring and there is no way to leave a message. Next, i send a follw up text, no response. Prior to the puppy being shipped i asked if the puppy was updated on shots, received no response. I give the seller 1 more day to figure something out and get a sob story about a family member who was scammed. The next day, I send an email demanding my money back, and the response i got was, all of your money was spent on bills and i had to raise money to ship the puppy and you should receive the puppy by today. First and foremost, i looked up the shipping company, and it doesnt exist. This entire process of shipping a puppy was all wrong. The seller should have know what documentation was needed and that shipping companies do not deliver door to door. When an animal is shipped you pick up the animal at the airport in cargo area. I have confirmed all of these details with a local breeder. The seller has several aliases: Carl Morgan, Carl Morgan, Muhammad Munir Bari, and Jamila Bib . Also these people have scammed others. Please do not do any business with these people. They are scammers who take people like me and the publics money and do not care about anyone else.

This is a website claiming to sale Pomeranian puppies in Boise Idaho. They start with a contract for you to sign and then a deposit of 300.

00 to secure the puppy. Since I live in Washington, I had involved a family member that lives in Idaho, to go look at the puppy. The person said his name is Carl Miller, and my relative can definitely stop by, 2 times we tried to schedule a visit and there were excuses, of course after the deposit was made for the puppy. This site is definitely a scam.
