Ordered a Sonos speaker at a really discounted price. Once payment was sent through PayPal there was no communication from seller. Usually some sort of receipt email is sent but there was nothing. Looked at my PayPal payment which was sent to a gmail account with an American name but the account was owned by someone with an Asian name. Tried to cancel my order for a refund so emailed their site support email address. Email address does not exist. Filed complaint with PayPal and was finally given a refund. BEWARE!

This is a fraudulent online shopping website.

Purchase via PayPal, but the payment goes to a gmail address. In addition a $2 shipping charge is made, whereas the site says they provide free shipping.

The customer support does not exist. The phone links to an unanswered email, and the customer support email results in bounced emails (I.e. does not exist).

No product received.
