I ordered a dog bed from them June 6th. they took my money and never sent the bed. I have tried contacting them with no response as of today (Aug. 10th). It was supposed to be pay $14.99 for shipping and handling and no charge for the bed. I am very frustrated and getting more and more frustrated as each day goes by. I am not sure where to go from here but will have to contact my bank and dispute the charges

I ORDERED A STRESS RELIEF DOG BED. IT WAS FREE WITH ONLY PAYING FOR THE SHIPPING $15

WELL THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT THE BED TO ME. I HAVE MESSAGED THEM 6 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE.

LESSON LEARNED-IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE..IT IS.
