I saw an Instagram ad for Lucy and Yak advertising a discount. I clicked on it and purchased some clothes, which were never delivered. After over 6 weeks, I complained and demanded a refund. They would only give me 60% of the money back. After insisting on a refund, they said they could issue me a 90% refund, which I still have not received

The scammer used a Facebook ad to spoof a legitimate company called Natural Life. The scam used the name Natural Life Treasures and copied Natural Life's logo. They offered a post-holiday clearance of items from the legitimate site. They sent a confirmation email from the company name SHOPLIFESTYLEUS but the customer service info indicated a company called ultraory.com. I later learned from the real company, Natural Life, that ultraory is one of many Asian scam website names being used to spoof their website and steal from people.
