My daughter-in-law sent me a link to a website for "the Pony Jet" and said she would like this item for Christmas but it looked like it could only be ordered from their website. The item is supposedly an attachment to a hose to wash horses. I ordered the item on December 11, 2023 from this website. It cost $41.94 and was charged to Capitol One Visa. When I had not received any notification of shipping by December 20 I became suspicious and contacted my credit card company to cancel the charge.

On December 21 I sent an email to the company stating as my order had not shipped yet I was canceling

it. On December 25 (Christmas Day) I received an email claiming my order just shipped! There was no tracking or link to tracking included. I sent an email back stating I had already canceled this order. I received an email today stating my order had been delivered. We have cameras on all doors at our house and no delivery was made today. I emailed them this and reminded them it had been canceled.

Also of note in their email to me they have a fake ranking of 4 1/2 stars on Trust Pilot that they are advertising which is untrue. They have 3 stars on Trust Pilot (I posted a review also) and the positive reviews appear fishy. Many reviews state they never received the product.
