YES. They are SCAMMERS. NOT LEGIT.. They need to be shut down they have NO PUPPIES...They claim to be in Colorado, but they are NOT.. They are scammers in CALIF. The claim they will ship your dog free on an airline to an airport close you where you live -they WILL NOT.. in fact a lot of airlines are not evening shipping puppies... DO NOT DO NOT send them any money...

We have been searching for weeks for a Cocakpoo puppy on the internet, after this time we reached the page https://www.poopuppiescity.com/ where they apparently had puppies available. We filled out the online form and today Tuesday June 9th they contacted me via email and text giving me all the details of the puppy. The price seemed very low to me but when I said it was an adaptation I continued with the process. I use an emotional speech a lot which made me agree to deposit the 550usd that they requested via ZELLE for the dog. Later I was contacted by the transport company (JFK PET AIRWAY) asking me to sign a "change of owner" paper which will return them in addition to sending my name or address. Three hours later they communicated by email telling me that it could not be sent since the Pet Travel Crates did not comply with what was required so it was urgent to buy or rent one, the cost was between 1,500 and 2,000 usd which already made suspicious. After several attempts, they answered the phone arguing that once I paid, the dog could travel by plane and it would be delivered today at home and that they would return the money from the "rent" and they provided me with an email account to transfer via ZELLE. By refusing to make the mentioned deposit, which seems to me to be fraud, I was threatened to quarantine the dog, seeking emotionally to agree to pay. By refusing again, I received the following emial:

DEAR CLIENT

IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY IF ANYTHING BAD HAPPENS TO YOUR PUPPY. THAT IS WHY WE ARE MAKING SURE THIS PUPPY GETS TO YOU ALRIGHT AND SAFE. WE HAVE ALL INFORMATION WHICH SHOWS YOU ARE THE RIGHTFUL OWNER OF THE PUPPY, EMAILS EXCHANGED, AND ALSO THE CHANGED OF OWNERSHIP DOCUMENT YOU JUST SIGNED. WE WILL SEND OVER THE PUPPY TO THE PETS RESCUE TEAM/AUTHORITIES AND YOU WILL BE SUED FOR PET ABANDONMENT. WE DON'T KEEP ANIMALS, ALL WE DO IS PET DELIVERY. SO WE ADVICE YOU TO MAKE THE PAYMENT AND LET THE MONEY BE REFUNDED UPON DELIVERY OR YOU WILL HAVE YOUR SELF TO BE BLAMED.

IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT MADE, WE WILL CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES NOW TO HAND OVER THE PUPPY TO THEM AND THEY WILL CONTACT YOU FOR PET ABANDONMENT. THE PRICE FOR THIS PUPPY AT THE PETS STORE IS CLOSE TO $6.000.00USD AND WE CAN NOT RISK TO PAY THIS MONEY IF ANYTHING BAD HAPPENS TO YOUR PUPPY. WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT WE CAN NOT GO AGAINST LAWS OF AVIATION.
