I ordered a product off their website and immediately received an email saying that my order was received, and I’d receive another email shortly when the product shipped. Well, it’s been 2 months and the product never shipped. My credit card has already been charged.

For any updates on my shipment, I tried emailing every email I could find for this company, calling the phone number associated with the transaction (which happens to belong to a car detailing company), messaging them on Facebook and both of their Instagram pages. Absolutely no responses.
