I ordered a dog bed on line April 2020. The money was taken from my account but I have never received the product. I have emailed them on 4 occasions, within seconds I receive an email back saying that they over sold and they will notify me when the product has shipped, they did not even read my email notifying them that we have had an address change. This is theft.

Same here ordered two I was a bit septic about it and thought it was to good to be true but even soo went for it as i wanted it for this winter coming .the thing is i contact my bank but never got my money back :/ i ordered it back in may still wishful it would come .i contacted the person sharing it and she told me nothing to do with her that she was just sharing too .such a shame as i cant trust another and really wanted the beds. Luckly ive got them locally a lady friend managed to order on line :) .But still dont know why they do this playing on people and ripping them off .

I seen a promotion online where you could get a pet bed for free is you paid the shipping. Well at the time I had 3 dogs (one has since gone to doggie Heaven at the age of 18 years old) so I ordered 2 dog beds on May 15, 2020. I got confirmation of both orders but never did receive the beds. I emailed checking on thwm and got a reply saying the delay was due to covid. We been ordering online and everything else feom everywhere else came in except these 2 beds. I'd like my money back.

I ordered a dog bed through instagram. Only needed to pay the shipping. This was back in April. I have sent several emails and they respond quickly saying covid has slowed things down. I ordered a xl and shipping was 24.95. I wanted my dog to feel safe and comfortable during these trying times and maybe $25 does not seem like a lot but for someone who does not have a lot of disposable income it is.

Ordered 1 Mellow Pooch Beds from Poochplus.shop from a post a friend of mine posted on FB on April 29, 2020 for $12.95 each. I checked my status on June 4,2020,
and it stated that they were having some delays due to COVID-19. Now when I go to their site i am redirected to an unsecured site that says "Your connection isn't private, attackers may be trying to steal your information from poochplus.com".

Over 6 months and still no bed. No website but automated email still up saying expect delays, HAHAHA! My stupid fault as it was too good to be true - free floofy dog bed , just pay shipping. Lucky little Bella has four other beds, not including ours, to luxuriate and snore like a drunken sailor in.

Ordered 2 Mellow Pooch Beds from Poochplus.shop from a post a friend of mine posted on FB on April 30, 2020 for $12.95 each. I checked my status on May 13, 2020,
and it stated that they were having some delays due to COVID-19 and to obtain the status on my recent order, check the shipping confirmation and click on the Order Status to Track order. They asked that I wait til my shipping notification be received before contacting them via phone, email or chat on the status of my order. went on to state that they were working hard to process all orders in a timely manner and cancellations could not be guaranteed. This all seemed legit because of all the FB users that were still ordering the bed at that time, so I ordered a third bed at $12.95 at that time, so we would have one for each level of our house for our new dog we had recently adopted from rescue who had a severe case of separation anxiety. Today (7-26-20) I clicked on the confirmation e-mail I had received from them when purchasing my third bed on 5-13-20 to contact them about the status of my orders, as was redirected to an unsecure site, refreshed and clicked again within the e-mail for "contact us" and was able to forward an e-mail to: [email protected] asking about my order. However when I clicked on the box for "view your order" it gave me a message "Your connection isn't private, attackers may be trying to steal your information from poochplus.com". I then tried to look up Poochplus directly on the internet, and was given a message that the site was up for sale on godaddy. Cannot believe that I have been scammed, goes to show you that what seems to be too good to be true, usually is. What a bunch of scammers, but they will get their just desserts, I may not personally know about it when they do, but they will get what they deserve. Karma may not be fast, but she is JUST!

Purchased 2 dogs beds on May 8, 2020 for a total of $19.95. It is now July 25, 2020 and I have not received my order nor do I expect it. I sent the following e-mail and received a canned response blaming COVID.

Dear Valued Customers,

We receive a high number of emails in regards to orders, request for
information on shipment and therefore response times may be delayed.
We will answer your email at a first come-first basis and as soon as
possible. The response time is longer than usual, due to the high
intensity.

Please note, orders are taking longer than usual due to the COVID-19
pandemic. Some shipments are delayed, and shipping times may take
longer than shipping times stated. Due to state regulations, and laws
we are to only have a limited amount of staff working at a time, as

Purchased two(2) PoochPlus dog beds on April 19, 2020. Got an SMS on April 21, saying "your order from Pooch Plus has been shipped." Left an online review on their webpage from the link from their Instagram account on May 13, reminding them that it's been a month and I haven't received anything yet. Got an email from them May 14, saying that they received the review and asking me to click a verify button. Their webpage is all gone. Wiped from any social media, Facebook or Instagram. Gone! I feel stupid for falling into a scam all for the love of my dogs!

I saw an advertisement of PoochPlus on Instagram. I clicked on it and it said free dog bed just pay shipping. I ordered my dog one and it sent me a text saying “thanks for your purchase” and texted me again later that day and said “Your order has been shipped”.That was on April 18th and it is now July 7th.

An ad on Facebook advertised free dog beds for a limited time, just pay shipping and handling ($12.95). I fell victim to this impulse buy instead of researching first. Multiple of my friends fell victim to the same ad. The website is now down, but the email address still sends an auto-reply.

Link for free dog bed showed on my news feed on 4/28/20. Once I got to the web page it stated the dog bed would be free and all I had to do was pay shipping. I have multiple animals so it allowed me to add 3 dog beds to my cart and I proceeded to checkout. My total was $29.95 and that including shipping for all 3 beds. I then received a text msg from (970)545-4637, thanking me for my purchase. I was told I would be notified when it shipped and it included a link to view my order. A few weeks go by and I remembered ordering the beds and they had yet to arrive. I looked up website and at the top of their site they stated that due to covid shipping was a little delayed and to expect shipment within 4-6 weeks. Now it is 6/8/20 and I have still not received updated shipping so I went back to the orig. text message and clicked on the link to view my order and it said the web page was unavailable. I tried a few more times then I went to google and looked the company up. Their site popped up and clicked the link and it also said that the web page was unavailable. So I typed the actual web page into the browser and go daddy web page popped up saying that web link was up for sale. Now I am out my $30, they have my debit card information, my address, my full name and I just want to warn others. Even after reading their reviews I could not tell this was going to be a scam.

This website is offering a free dog bed just pay shipping 12.95 and people not just me are not getting their items. When they email the company(their are a couple email addresses) they either do not work or you get an automated response never hearing back from a person. One individual had several international charges taken from her bank account. You can verify this information on the Pooch Plus Facebook page in the reviews section. I will be disputing my purchase with the bank tomorrow as I have sent 2 emails already and have not received an email back from a real person regarding my order and based on the reviews I believe I have been scammed. The website looks completely legit but if you place an order youll find out its not and I cant let them keep taking money from people. I reported them to Facebook and others claimed to as well but I still continue to see their adds every day. I hope you catch them! I didnt see any address or phone number for them or even know what country they are conducting business from. www.poochplus.shop and from Facebook www.poochplus.myshopify.com Attached is the only automated email correspondence people are getting when they try to email for refunds or find out where their order is. I got this today when I voiced these concerns about my order to [email protected] Remember I have contacted the bank to file a dispute and they already told me that my card will be canceled and I will get my money back. I just want this company stopped for anyone in the future. Im usually not fooled this easily. The site has a money back guarantee, a return policy, verified purchase reviews. It looks legit but it is not! If I never went to the Facebook page and saw the reviews there and wouldnt have tried to contact them I would have never known until my item didnt show up.
