Pool service left our pool green and charged an extra $95

I contacted Pool Hawk Pool Repair and Service via phone at (520) 544-1000. I asked him to maintain our inground salt water pool for two months while we were away. He came to the house and was shown the system by my husband. My husband normally maintains the pool system. We called him back again before we left, as he did not understand that the filter hose needed to be in the upright position in the pool or the pool vac wouldn't work. When we returned after two months, the pool was green and looked like a pond with leaves and algae . We called him back. He had at least three excuses for the condition of the pool, none of which were valid. Then he said the pool didn't look bad. We told him we wouldn't swim in it nor would we let our grandchildren. He had no response. The fee he charged was $200 per month. He asked for a credit card. We gave him that number. He charged and additional $95, unauthorized. When all was said and done, we asked for $295 returned to us. We would give him $200 as we could no prove he wasn't here the first month. But he clearly hadn't done anything the last month. He refused, stating it was our problem for various reasons. We texted back and forth and finally he called me, threatened to "kick my husbands [censored]" and stated I didn't know who I was dealing with.
