We ordered a pool part for 198.99. At the same time we submitted the transaction, another charge hit our credit card for a different company name, in the amount of 103.79. We never received an email confirmation for any order, and have not received any product. I have contacted the website chat/ "contact us" box twice and left messages. I have emailed them directly twice as well, asking to cancel my order. They have no other contact info listed on their site other than the chat box or email - and I have never received ANY response.
