I purchased two dog beds from the alleged company "PoochPlus" through a Facebook ad on April 30th, 2020. I made two separate transactions for the amount of $12.95 each ($25.90 total) plus a $.40 foreign transaction fee that was charged to me by my debit card company. I have not received the items that were purchased. I filed a dispute with my debit card company about 3-4 days after the purchase when I realized it was a scam company. The debit card bank denied the claim. I have sent numerous emails to the alleged company with no responses. The Facebook page for the company does not respond to messages or comments. I tried again on 07/09/2020 to contact my debit card bank for a refund to be issued due to never receiving the products ordered. They claim they can not issue a refund due to delivery issues and for me to contact the company. The company does not exist for me to contact about a refund.
