I purchased gold jewelry from on line jeweler Yumiyu . The jewlery was very poor quality . I returned the jewlery within 1 day of receipt . I have documentation that she received jewelry . She did not credit my account . She stretched out the process long enough that my credit card company would not credit my account because it was past 60 days. She has definitely done this before as Chase said this was clearly done intentionally .

She is a scam artist and should not be able to sell anything .
