The products were not what I was expecting and the items are not labeled. There was no packaging label included. Why does your website not include an address or have more information about returns? Why didn't I get an answer about returns when I requested such?

There was no information regarding where to send items for a return. Also, the items were sent to me without any paperwork, which would typically have the tracking number, the items ordered, total cost, etc. How am I to get that information to you if it was not given to me?
