Worst customer service and biggest fraud ever

They rip you off by causing all kinds of problems collecting free chips and bonuses, freeze you out of bonus games after you've waited over an hour to finally make it to the bonus and if you do complain to customer service they ignore you and when they finally respond with the ridiculous automated message, it is always the customer's fault. I have been told numerous times it is a "visual acuity" issue on my part, because obviously 40 billion plus 10 billion equals 40 billion, I just can't add. If you do report something they will ensure you won't win a spin for 2 weeks straight so you can't play any of the extra stuff either. They are a horrible company with no customer service or care and shouldn't be allowed to continue treating people with such disrespect. They also paid for their BBB rating, which is a whole other scam here

There are multiple people complaining about the pop slots app it's a Las Vegas slots machine up and you don't win real money but you do make purchases and I strongly believe along with a lot of the other people commenting and complaining that the game is rigged and it is meant to rip people off. I don't know what the ScamPulse.com does with these complaints and I would hope they're doing something because a lot of these people are spending over thousands of dollars a month in this app and it is ripping them off it takes away their bonus winnings and Skip spins and then they send you a stupid customer service auto-generative response the same one to everyone I was wondering if there's anything that can be done about this
