Do not order anything from this company! I received a bathing suit that was defective and missing padding but the company would not provide a return address nor did they respond to my BBB inquiry. Exceptionally poor customer service, poor quality and fraudulent business practices.

I ordered 3 suits, took over a month to get to me - I emailed them several times and told them to cancel the order since it had not been shipped. They lied and said it had been shipped and gave me a phony tracking number which USPS did not recognize - all a stall tactic. All 3 suits do not fit - the cups are too big and sit up too high for my body. Contacted them and they told me I had to send pictures of what was wrong with each suit. Their website says returns w/in 30 days and no mention of having to take pictures. When I questioned the request for pictures, their email no longer works - SO THEY BLOCKED ME! My order was $76 and I want my $$$ back - filed a complaint with PayPal but since the shipped the order, PayPal closed the complaint. Need help sending these suits back and getting my $$$ back. I'm having the same experience the person above had. This is the worst online experience I have ever had, and I do the majority of my shopping online The bathing suits are cute and seem to be nice quality. However, getting money back for a return is impossible. I ordered a few suits – did not like the fit – they were too small — and have not been able to get a return. The website says to send an email…..which does not go through – it results in an undeliverable email…..and they will give you a return authorization. I ended up getting through to them on Messenger, but get the runaround asking for pictures to prove their measurements are wrong. I’m not saying they are wrong – I’m saying I don’t like the fit and I’d like to return for a refund.

I ordered a swimsuit from PopPalm. The suit didn't fit, so e-mailed them and ask for instructions and paperwork for a return. I have gone back and forth with them, which I consider a total runaround. They needed this particular information and when that wasn't enough they wanted more information. It was a total hassle. Finally after about 8 or 9 back and forth e-mails, I got all the information they wanted. Then I get a text that it was very expensive, huge hassle, and time consuming to return this item. No instructions sent. They offered me $5 to forget the whole thing. I didn't except that because it cost me $7.99 postage to have them send it to me. I refused their offer. Then they offered $7. Once again I tried to e-mail them with a refusal and for some odd reason, the e-mail was undeliverable. I paid a total of $35.84. Customers should be aware before buying from this company.
