I placed 2 separate orders on 2 different dates, both were Christmas gifts. I did receive an email with 2 tracking numbers. After weeks, & no updates on the tracking, I started emailing the company. It was basically a generated response. Then after asking for someone in management and asking for a refund, the email address is no longer valid. I also can not even search poppbaby.com on the website anymore.
