I was scrolling through Facebook one day came across some really cool personalized metal signs and they were really decently priced so I purchased one using PayPal. I ordered it November 16. I have emailed them since then to ask where the package was because it’s December 24 and I still don’t have it -And they emailed me back. Stating the order is in transit be patient please best wishes. They have no contact number. I looked at the PayPal order. It showed the business -MAOCONG, CO LTD. Tomorrow is Christmas. I still don’t have my husband‘s Christmas gift and that is a big bummer… so people beware. Merry Christmas!

I order an item off Facebook link. Poppbaby.com. Received an order confirmation email. No shipment confirmation or tracking #. My cc was charged with a totally different website named kolorshade.com. Have been unable to contact either one. Neither website has a phone number. Chat only which I tried with no response. BOTH of these websites are a scam!!!

I ordered a Personalized Metal Deer Skull Bow Rack for $51.98. They sent me a tracking number and it says that it is in Homer Glen Illinois. I call the distribution center in Homer Glen and it is not there. The tracking number is UG775711238YP. I emailed the company and they will not respond. The company's address per the website is GERMANY.
