They did not send the clothes. Continuously they reply to my emails asking me to be patient, and the order is on the way. There is no tracking number as they state. They never respond with any accurate information, such as a legit tracking number. They refuse to refund the money, which I requested and 60 and 90 days. Only an automated email, which is grammatically terrible, proving this is a loss cause. These are some foreign scammers.

I placed an order for some clothing with Poppoly on Dec 4 and on Dec 7 I looked at my order status via an online order lookup and saw a notification indicating my items have "shipped" however no tracking number was issued. I emailed inquiring about my order status and received an automated email indicating to use thier online lookup for purchase inquires. 20 days later my account still says the items "shipped" but still no tracking number was provided and the merchandise has not been received. There is no phone number to call to inquire about the order. I tried to cancel my order via email and never received a response. In looking at customer reviews a significant number of people have placed orders with Poppoly and no merchandise was ever recieved.

I ordered some clothes from PopPoly.com and checked their return policy which stated 30 days guarantee refunds. Their site states high quality clothing so I ordered a few sweaters to try. I received the products and they smell like chemical and are HORRIBLE quality and not as pictured at all. The sizing is also very off. I have emailed the company 4 times to give me a return address which they still have not sent me. They also just asked me if I could use the clothing as gifts to 'friends and relatives' instead of returning them and said if I return them I will receive a $3 refund. Note-my order was $126. There is no phone number and no address listed as under the return policy it states to email for a return address. I would not want anyone else to waste their money on this false advertising clothing company. There was also nothing on the website that said China but after receiving the clothes I see they came from China.

Ordered three tops from this website whom advertised all over Facebook and Instagram. Have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I have emailed them four times for an update. I have received confirmation emails that they got my email and will get back to me but then they never do. There is no phone number anywhere that I can find or I would call them. Pretty sure they took the money and I won’t be getting my tops!
