Pop's Automotive replaced a motor and a starter on my F350, they stated and gave receipt for a 3 year warranty. SInce I have picked the truck up from them more damage has been done than when they received the truck, a large rock in my $1000. mirror, which could only be caused by "beating/burning out the tires, which then blew out on the thruway", the air conditioning was never hooked back up, a ton of codes were thrown because of their refusal to fix what they had broken, It has been well over 6 months that they do not respond or take any accountability for both the motor (with a paid for 3 year warranty) a starter that only worked for 1200 miles, additionally has cost me towing bills of up to $1200 each time the truck lost power in the middle of the interstate due to the motor overheating that they had installed. I have tried countless times to reach out to them via text, email, social media platforms, etc. They then blocked me on all ways to contact them about receiving the part and labor part of my warranty. They have scammed me out of $13000. have not helped or worked on the vehicle whatsoever. They clearly have taken my money and have ran with it.
