I ordered 4 items and as yet only 3 of the items have been delivered, all in the wrong size. I have contacted them three times, the first time when the first order was delivered claiming to have 4 items in it. There was one item in the wrong size. They sent me a notice saying a second delivery, this time having 2 items, both in the wrong size. I sent an email asking how to send these items back and cancel the order altogether and that I no long wanted to do business with this company and wanted a refund. No response,. It will no longer display the return page or the service page. Don't do business with this company. It is not trustworthy.

Genuine scam! Paid $58 for two items. They send a bogus tracking number from the post office and the post office told the tracking number is legit but no package ever came to the post office with the corresponding number. File a fraud report with post office and fight your banking institution for your money back.

I placed an order with PopStevie back in April I received an invoice and still have not anything from them. Please let the world know don't order anything from them because they will take your money and not send items that you purchase. This web site should be removed.

BEWARE! The same thing happened to ne as the previous persons complaint. I ordered 3 items, received 1, yet charged for all 3 and form states that all 3 sent. I made numerous attempts to contact thw company with only one response. The person that responded to my complaint must be from out of the country and no english speaking. I was told that my product was back ordered, end of story.
I pleaded for a refund only to be ignorned! If this is a legitimate business, you have the worst customer service and should be ashamed.
The fact that the BBB has not heard about your website says it all.

Ordered 3 pretty shirts. Finally received them after after 2 1/2 months. The only way to contact them was an email address for "customer service." There was no response to my first two emails. The response to the third was that I would be receiving them soon. I have received them but they have no labels in them to say what the fabrics are made of and no washing instructions!

I ordered 9 items on 05/01/2020 from Pop Stevie, it took 3 weeks to one dress and the other 8 items were not in the order. I email them everyday asking where the rest of the order is. No response. [email protected] is the only way to communicate with this company. I spent $263 dollars on this order and I doubt I will receive the rest ion this . I looked a the FAQ's and the only way to ask for your money back is to email this [email protected]. They have not customer service, no address. Just another rip off online.a DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not fullfill the orders you pay for, even though when I login into the account I setup for this company, it says fulfilled. These are thieves. Do not order from them.

I placed 3 orders over a few days. They have taken the money out of my account but have not filed any of the orders. I am out almost 300.00 with no clothes. I have tried to contact them and have received no response. I will be dealing with my bank to try and get my money back.

I ordered 3 pieces from Popstevie following their ad popping up on my phone. I've seen numerous ads for them and decided it must be legit, how wrong I was.
They have taken me for $64.94 much to my dismay. I paid them on 4/3/20 with a credit card and have never received anything from them. I've emailed them 3 times, the first they answered with conflicting info. The second two have not been answered at all. Please don't let them scam you too.

You can dispute the charge through your credit card. A similar thing happened to me and I disputed the charge. They investigate and credit your account for that charge. It SO sucks that you can’t trust anything which is why I look for reviews before I buy anything. So your review was helpful.

4/6/20 I ordered, received a invoice# on 4/16/20 I received tracking#. The tracking# says no item to track. Emailed concerns with no response. 5/4/20 still no delivery or any response to my email.
