They emailed this to me after being hired on a zoom call and phone interview.

Accounting Department is requesting your payment information to add you to the payroll. Checking Specialists are paid a $3200 per month and an additional $40 bonus for every successful package sent on time (paid monthly). The average monthly income after Federal and State taxes is $4800. Tax will be taken out automatically and at the end of the year. Employees will receive a W-2 Form in order to file a tax return.

First pay is once after 30 days and then it will become bi-weekly after the first month. All packages MUST BE SENT before the paycheck is issued. Any delayed tasks might cause payroll to be on hold.

The first payment is issued after 30 or 31 days from the date the first package has been shipped out. It might take additional 24-48 hours for the banks to process your payment ONLY for the first time for security purposes. We want to make sure that your payment information is accurate, thus we check it twice for you.

• Daily login is mandatory for attendance, irrespective of the presence of packages for processing.
• Please ensure that you log in at 9 AM according to your local time from Monday to Friday. On weekends, please log in at any time to review upcoming tasks for the following week.
• A perfect attendance bonus of $150 will be awarded.

Timely Package Processing:

• Timeliness in reporting packages is crucial to avoid any delays.
• Once packages are listed on the PACKAGES page, please click "task accepted" and subsequently mark them as "RECEIVED" upon their arrival.

Packaging Guidelines:

• We strictly adhere to using the same packaging when dispatching packages.
• Exercise caution and precision when opening brown boxes, carrier boxes, envelopes, and plastic bags, using scissors or a cutter.
• Manufacturer boxes must not be opened.

Picture Documentation:

• It is mandatory to upload pictures of each received item.
• If the item is inside a carrier box, please take a picture of the contents without opening it. For manufacturer's boxes, simply photograph the box without opening it.
• If available, please upload invoice pictures as well.

Usage of Labels:

• Exclusively employ labels provided through the dashboard.
• Wait for the label to be generated before dispatching the packages.
• Do not utilize return labels included with the packages.

Carrier Scanning and Receipts:

• Packages must be scanned by the carrier and not simply deposited in a drop box, as we require the receipt for verification.
• Failure to provide a receipt will not be considered as sent.
• Before leaving the store, please verify that the tracking number on the receipt corresponds to the correct label.
• Packages should be shipped within 24 hours of the label being posted.

Communication:

• Always inform us promptly in case of any reporting or shipping delays, as well as emergencies.

VIP Packages:

• VIP packages require immediate pickup.
• A bonus of $100 will be provided for each VIP package handled.

Address Changes:

• Any changes to your address must be communicated with a minimum of two weeks' advance notice.
• Please strictly adhere to the specified time frames to avoid incurring penalties.

Separate emails will be sent containing package instructions, and the accounting department will provide an email regarding the W4 form for tax deductions.

Just remember the 3 rules:

** Rule number 1.

Log in to your dashboard Mondays - Fridays at least 3 times a day and Saturdays and Sundays just at least once a day, any time of the day.

* First login (Mon-Fri) has to be done anytime before 9:00 A.M. your time, second and third log in is flexible. .

** Rule number 2.

When the package is delivered, report the package on the dashboard as 'RECEIVED' and upload the photo of the item and packing list/invoice (if included) within 3 hours from the time you received the package

** Rule number 3.

Ship out the package the same day the shipping label is given. If a label is generated on the dashboard late, send the pack first thing the next day.

After shipment, secure a receipt from the shipping center as proof that you have sent the pack and upload a photo of it on the dashboard.

Photos to Upload :

1. Product/Item

This is the picture of the product received.

You need to:

- open the shipping box

- take out the manufacturer's box from the shipping box

- check the side of the manufacturer's box and look for the item description/model number and take a picture of it

- Upload it on the dashboard

If there are more than one item, please take a single photo showing all of the items beside each other. We need to see all the items in one photo because you are only allowed to upload 1 item picture per package.

2. Packing list/Invoice

This is the paper inside the package or the invoice

(not all packages have a packing list, if it's not included in the pack, that's fine, just leave it blank)

3. Receipt

This is the receipt that the shipping center gives you after you send out the package.

This also serves as a proof that the package has been received by the shipping center/carrier.

(If the store does not provide a paper receipt, please ask for an email/text confirmation. Just take a screenshot and upload it on your dashboard as your receipt).

!!! VERY IMPORTANT

**When you receive your package, please open the shipping box ONLY (brown/white box from FedEx, UPS, USPS).

Please remember NEVER to open the manufacturer's box, especially for electronic packages like cellphones, laptops, tablets and the like.

**Each package will be assigned its own prepaid shipping label. You only use a label once.

For packages with more than one box, please ask your supervisors for additional label/s.

NEVER print and use the same label on separate boxes. One different shipping label for every box.
