I order a portable sauna last April 11, 2021. I have not received anything from them. Just like to know has anyone else has not received there’s. I have email them several times but still haven’t gotten a response back.

This is absolutely unacceptable! I’ve emailed this people numerous times only to get ONE reply! I have attached screenshots! I have been more than patient given the fact it’s during the pandemic and even to this day I got nothing! Other than that generic message that the email can’t be delivered.

I also just found this by searching Amazon so what happened is the scam company has used an image that was fake I have posted it down below.

Purchased a portable sauna ($159.99) from PortaSpa (Slimvious) on 5/7/2021 through Klarna.com (payment installment company). Contacted them on numerous occasions via email in regards to not receiving the item. Only got 1 reply back stating that because the item was in such high demand, I would have to wait an extra week before I received it. Well, that was almost 3 months ago. I contacted Klarna to notify them of the situation. They basically told me that in order for me to get my money back, PortaSpa (Slimvious) has to send them the money. I contacted the BBB with this matter, and received an email from them today. They stated that the info they had for PortaSpa (Slimivious) is no longer viable and if I can find a number or email address for them it would be helpful.

Klarna is just as much crooks as PortaSpa aka Slimvious are. They put this scam company on their website and the scam company never sent product and now Klarna doesn't want to refund.

I ordered a sauna from portaspa through Klarna and same thing never received my item and contacted Klarna about the situation they apologize and pretty much told me i lost my money. My thoughts are if I had contacted them initially before any payment had been taken out of my account through them they would have lost 159 and then what. It’s not fair that Klarna allows customers to get scammed because of who they allow themselves to do business with. Klarna should take care of the customers. I’m looking at getting an attorney about the situation.

I ordered a portaspa thru KLARNA on April 12th. Around the first of May, I started emailing portaspa asking where is my order, they kept emailing me back saying they was back ordered. I kept waiting and waiting and I kept contacting them thru email until finally around June 15th I got a message saying this email can not be found. I filed a dispute with Klarna on June 22nd, I followed up with my dispute with Klarna on June 30, Klarna said they can not refund me my money back because portaspa/Slimvious has my money and because they are not responding back to them they can’t refund me my 159$ back. I told Klarna they should have insurance on customers money if they’re going to be a third party vendor, klarna kept saying sorry, sorry. I’m filing a dispute on Klarna with my bank to get my money back.

Its definitely a scam. Its been 2 months and no order received. The most interesting part is that now if you try and go to either website they are now non-existent. Its as if they never existed. Very sad and unprofessional and Klarna needs to be held responsible bc when it's payment time they are all over it, they need to be all over refunding my money as well.

klama was not able to provide any phone number or address

I ordered a Portaspa via Karna supposedly from a company named Portaspa or Slimvus now apparently called Slimvious on 04/02/2021 and till this date have not received my item nor a response from the email that was attached to the order [email protected]. There is a email address on this Slimvus website [email protected] that is not deliverable to because the email address cannot be found...this information was provided by Klarna. This is sad!

I ORDERED A SAUNA OVER A MONTH AGO IVE BEEN WRITING THESE SUPPOSEDLY COMPANY FOR OVER 2 WEEKS IF THE COMPANY IS REAL THEY COMMUNICATION SKILLS SUCK AND THIS IS NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUISNESS
