Ad on Facebook stated that what was regularly a 39.99 "Custom Art of Your Pet" was being offered at 9.99 and that there was 100% Guaranteed Satisfaction. While I did not expect a spectacular work of art, what I received was a very poor rendition of my dog's picture that I submitted, the color was completely off, the face was off, and when I printed it, it printed only part of his picture. I attempted to contact the company via amanda@portfoliopet to express concern about the poor quality of the picture and to request a refund. I was met with a barrage of deflection, gaslighting, and attempts to make the problem about me instead of the poor quality of the work. She would never address the refund issue, would only state that they offered as many edits of the picture as I wanted. Would not provide me with any identifying info about the business (location, state) so that I could file a ScamPulse.com request and ended by telling me to do whatever I wanted to do as far as complaining. I can find nothing about this business anywhere on the internet or anywhere else.
