Bought a table game for my kids, which was even on buy 1 get 1 christmas sale Jan.08,2023. When my order arrived, a different item is sent by the seller. They sent kids earmuffs instead of the table game which was what i ordered. Made multiple email to seller (they do not have any phone number on their site), and got a response that they are sorry and that i need to contact the supplier and then send the item back at my own expense (which will cost a lot if i ship the item to China), or keep the item and they will give me 45% refund. The item they sent is not even worth 4 dollars. On their FAQ, it says there that they will send return label to customers but their email states otherwise. I sent them multiple emails already demanding them for a full refund but nobody replied back to me. I told them that it was clearly their mistake to send me an item different from what i ordered (and not even got the buy1 get 1 promotion as what is posted on their site). Their customer service email on their website is: support.batonokra.com but they will reply using another email address which is [email protected].
