Very Deceptive

They lied to make the sale (good thing its a rental) but said its lottery ready for my convince store in fact, I had to wait 12 days to get the day loaded, it was loaded incorrectly, its wasn't lottery ready, I have to pay for a 3rd party app and set it up myself. These things come with no manuals and they do not offer any kind of tech support. They saw my review and tried to bribe me to give them a 5 star review and promise to make things right which now they do not reply to email or phone calls.
I dealt with a salesmen by the name of Samuel Britt. I do not recommend this company - fast talk to make a sale but no customer service after. Beware - your not going to get what you pay for.

Following is the copy of the complaint i made with govt of canada.

"Hello Dear Canada Govt,

I am here to complaint about the open fraud happening by these corporations or third party companies.

These two companies are involved in these fraud activities.

1. Nuvei (Processing company)

2. POS Premier (Nuvie partner for sales)

Initially i was told totally in correct information about the Payment terminal fees and discounted prices and made me sign the agreement to which i agreed to, and once the month is over i had to pay excessive fees by the processing company, which i was never told about.

I have put both the sales company and the processing company (both are partners) and made them listen to the call accordingly. the Processing company representative told she was shocked to hear something like this and accepted this open fraud and still could do nothing about this and also shared the agreement i originally i signed.

Also the processing company shared me an agreement to which i never signed, and i noticed the signatures are mine they forged the signature i think they copied and pasted my original online signature to the agreement with Nuvie (Processing company), they had my signatures taken from the original sales company agreement.

I am attaching both the agreements and i really want this to be investigated, in this pandemic we small businesses are already. struggling and cannot afford these type of fraud, please i request you to take action on these companies so they do not cheat.

Please do not let my hopes go away. of canadian justice system, i really want you to take care of these lies and fraud.

Just finished a phone call with them. The deal seems to be too good to be true. So I decided to look them up. And thank you so much for sharing your experience. I will not comply with their "agreement". Yes we small businesses have suffered too much from the pandemic, so we need to take extra caution for sure.

I had the same scam from this company. I have lost more than $1000 until I know it was them. They told me they are signing the contract with me on behalf of First Data. First Data charge me money and at the same time POS Permier charges me money every month. This a scam. They use my banking info in other source.
