I ordered a product from them some cash camdles on December 14, 2023, was yold it would be here before christmas. I was sent a tracking number on December 20, 2023 and the tracking number is not a valid number.

I am in the exact same situation with this website. Although I was unable to find any contact information other than the email at the bottom of my order confirmation email. Which I have sent several messages to and gotten no response. Were you able to get any response or your money back?
