I wanted to rent a car to go Ohio and found this app called Carla Book Now Pay Later on Google play store. It has over 11,000 reviews, mostly 5 star. I go on the app, order a car, and get a confirmation email. The pick up location is suddenly in spanish. However, I call the airport and they said the reservation is set. I assume it's fine so I try to pick it up at the airport. Not only is the car not scheduled at the airport I picked, the person can't even find the airport. He only said it's somewhere in Spain. They don't have a real phone number to contact and upon further investigation, they've been doing this for years. They need to be stopped
