When i called the number listed on the email, i was directed to a man named Mr. Steven, who told me he could not refund the charge to my credit card, but could only if I downloaded anydesk.com . He then told to go to your website and i did which and after looking at your website the one he directed me to a phony site. He told me to click on" Do you trust this website?" which i then did. The next thing was to type in the quantity of the refund, i did and typed a 3 which automatically went to $3000.00, at which time he placed a lock on my online banking on my pc until i could get gift cards in the amount of the overage. He suggested a rite aid store near me, but they had a daily limit of $200.00 due to scams. he than suggested Lowe's near me where I was able to purchase cards totaling $2600.00, and that was their limit daily. I then went back to Lowe's to get the remaining amount in a gift card for the balance. After giving Mr. Steven the gift card numbers
