For Hoka Shoes.
After purchasing August 15, 2023, and weeks past, i sent thier suppoet email an inquiry, and requested a Tracking # that was never provided, and no email as to updates of any sort. Receiving no response from my email, sent another, still no response, sent a third email.
After going back to the original email,, from paypal receipt....
In the email, was option to click to open webpage or view my order. I Clicked, view order. Their was a question to enter order #, which i did...
Which turned out to be as though it were a tracking # and brought up all the updates on destination, progress of shipping, dates.... all in what was perhaps Chinese?
I copied the most recent update, put in google seach. It brought up traslation site options...
It stated that my package was delivered and signed for.
Well, it wasnt signed for or delivered to me! I did same thing on a few other updates, one actually stated;
"I will kill you and your family"
So my son said it had been a scam of sorts. Well now they possible have my debit card #!?.
Not sure how PayPal works, in that regards.
