My phone never even rang, I just had a new voicemail which said:

"Internal Revenue Services filed a lawsuit against you regarding tax deficiency and tax fraud. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid federal law. For any further information immediately speak to our federal agent call back number 618-500-0155 I repeat 618-500-0155 thank you"

I didn't call the number back so I do not know if they attempted to take money. but I am guessing they would have.

I rc'vd an automated phone call from 1-646-682-0766, saying "this is the IRS" please call this number back. So I hung up and called the number and when the guy answered he ask my name, so I gave it to him and he hung up. I waited a few minutes and I called back the guy answered and he told me he needed to verify some information, and ask if my name was ____, I said yes, and he begin telling me the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and there is a warrant out for my arrest. I said I'm sorry excuse me, and he hung. Thank You!!

Received an automated call on my cell phone indicating it was my last warning regarding taxes owed and to call 716-563-8018

they called from this number also 856-840-5381 which came from Moorestown, NJ, i have a craigslist ad and thats how they tried to get, first thing is they call you as an automated message saying that the irs is going to file a lawsuit against me if i dont call back so the first call back i did there was whole bunch of static so they called from the other number again so i called that number and the guy says that he needs my account number and routing number and thats the first thing he says when he picked and he was nigerian because i asked him a certain question and by him answering it told me he was nigerian so be careful people.
