I was contacted my niece’s lawyer stated that he need $375.00 to pay for emails between me and him regarding my niece. This come after he told me that he was not going to charge me. He is the third lawyer that I have dealt with in the last two years. Every time I was to receive my money somehow my niece owed more money for something.

I finally get frustrated and contacted an attorney in her state. After talking to my attorney, my attorney told me that some of the things I was told by my niece’s lawyer were not right. Her lawyer told me that he could not release my money until I paid the bill. I have had no contact with him since I sent him my attorney’s information and that was seven months ago.
