A total scam and fraud!!! I ordered 2 sets of chaise chairs on Facebook with this company who identified itself as Macy’s outlet store. I paid $59.98 off my debit card. I received an invoice on Macy’s letterhead thanking me for my order along with a shipping label number indicating that it will be shipped via dhl. Upon entering the shipping label number to track the shipment, i found that there was no such number! I then texted this company at [email protected] as listed in the bottom of the invoice and didn’t get a response. I hope that Macy’s and the secretary of state of Colorado charges Jianfeng Liu and this company for fraud!

My mom was on Facebook and an add popped up stating that Macy’s was selling coats for $7. She clicked on the advertisement and spent $35, they never asked for her email address just her phone number and they never sent her a receipt.

Just clicked on the autumn sale for the chase seat ordered 11/24/2023 said 3-5 days been 21days… keeps sending updated shipping orders thought which doesn’t make sense….

Disguised as Macy's, looks legit, bought a chaise lounge chair for 49.00 to find the site gone and a no reply to any communication regarding my purchase. Had to take it up and dispute it thru my bank.

I was on a different website when the ads that appeared on the website, I accidentally clicked on. It took me to what I thought was Macy*s official website but was actually the scammers website. They promoted a continuation of Black Friday deals with added pressure of a projected timer of when the deals would end but the website itself with reviews, contact info mention of a how they were able to sell things at such discounted prices because of a surplus etc. looked official. As I made two separate purchases they have both my debit card & credit card details who I am in the process of contacting about the scam I received one confirmation order email but not the other & something in my gut said I'd probably fallen victim to a fraudulent scam, which I never had before. I then looked again at the website URL and noticed it said Macy not Macy*s. I did an internet search with the URL & asked if it was legit. I came across a website stating it was a scam, not to use it & if I did to report it.

They sent me a confirmation number. They pretended to be apart of Macy's. When I called my bank they said they Disguised the transaction as being clothing. On their page they have reviews, making it seem like they were legit.

Offer was for a pool float from Macy's. I ordered on June 16, 2023, tracking says it was delivered July 7th, email address from tracking email is [email protected] and is a domain not found.
