He told me that the computer virus warranty that I purchased is no longer available through Microsoftand I was eligible for refund of $399. They couldn't mail it to me and wanted me to get on my computer and register on web page through the BBB. I said I didn't have a computer anymore and wanted me to download TeamViewer app. I said no I am not going to do that. He hung up. Later I googled the app and found it allows them to access all my software and apps on my phone. BEWARE. This is the 2nd time I have been contacted about this computer warranty scam.
