I recieved an email indicated "Thank you for my payment". I don't use Norton so I called the number and indicated I wanted to cancel my subscription. The caller tried to get me to go to www.anydesk.com to get control of my computer to get a cancelation number. I said I would not and questioned why he needed access to my computer to cancel my subscription. He tried again and I asked him again why Norton would use AnyDesk to cancel a subscription. I also questioned the email as it came from a gmail account instead of a norton.com account. It was than he hung up on me.
