Ordered pajamas for my whole family. Put credit card info in. Money was taken but never received the pajamas. This happened in Dec 6, same situation as the previous report i just read. Very frustrating.

The ad was on Facebook. The site said Old Navy. I placed my order. After several weeks went by and I had not received my order I emailed customer service. The customer service email was provided in the confirmation email. I’ve emailed them multiple times asking for a refund and letting them know I know they are fraudulent. They respond but never issue a refund.
