Prepared Hero advertising on Facebook (first clue.) Useful products, readily available. No reason to suspect problems. They post many glowing reviews, I suspect AI generated. Answers complaints with canned messages, but never ship product. Scrolling down the reviews, one eventually comes to others making the same complaint, but their glowing reviews are WAY up at the top. So I've lost 70 (or so) dollars. I'll live. But I wish those who scam like this (and it is not the first time Facebook has allowed this to occur,) would burn in ****.
