On October 29, 2018 I went online to purchase halo safety flares and received a confirmation email from “boundary a family of supplies “ which stated they received my order and to contact [email protected] if I had any questions regarding my order . It states that there’s a no questions asked Guarantee and to call if any reason we don’t want the product , or to cancel and we will process your refund right away without any hassle . it gave me an address [email protected] , and an address at bottom of email in fine print - San Diego, CA 92115 . None of this info was valid or useful but the phone number on my bank statement , the one listed above , is a Kansas phone number and it’s just some random guy‘s voicemail I did contact that email address and it came back several times as a mailer daemon so I had to wait six weeks before I got my Bank statement to find a phone number to call- the phone number is the one listed above and it’s at Kansas area code so I’m not sure if I should report to the ScamPulse.com San Diego California which is on the email or the Kansas ScamPulse.com which is the area code that phone number in any case I did not receive my product it’s now been six weeks I also never received the shipment notice or any notification of any processing regarding my order only that that one email the next day that my order was received also I could never call back ,the email says call or write us if you unhappy if you want Refund and it was impossible there was no phone number on that email and the email itself was fake . I would like for you to get my money back to prosecute these people I have probably a six-month process with my bank because I used the debit card - to get my money back and I don’t even know if I will get it back but I never received the product and I’m very unhappy with these people.
