We received an email stating the payment went through with an attached invoice. We were not familiar with this charge so I called the number provided and asked what it was for. The man on the line told me it was for antivirus software. I informed him we did not order antivirus software and if they charged my credit card I wanted it reversed. The man began asking me what browser I was using and instructing me to open my browser to go to the web page to reverse the charge. I told him that information was not needed if he already charged my card, he can use the information on the invoice he sent to void the charge, he insisted I open my browser and tell him what I was seeing so I told him I was reporting him and he hung up the phone.
