i recently ordered a package and a few days later i received an email with usps detailing that my delivery information was incomplete and the package was at the warehouse so i had to update my delivery information soon and that there would be a fee of 30 cents to complete the delivery. I clicked on the link and it send me to an official usps website with no warning from the browser which i would normally get from a possible scam since i have an iphone. i did what it asked because my package had a rare item that i did not want to lose. When i tried the first few times my first card kept getting declined so i checked online and showed that usps does not take the card so i tried my other ones and i had the same issue. Yesterday i received notification that my first card that i tried was being used by someone online but i had no idea that it was from the usps scam until today when i used only one card multiple times and i got a notification that someone used my card numbers for their google pay account so i immediately checked online if the fee was correct and it showed me multiple stories about a text scam witth usps so i immediately called all my banks and filed for new cards and decided to report this to this website. i was very hasty because of the contents that were in my package was exclusive and rare right now so i did not want to lose that package but because of my anxious behavior i did not consider that this could be a scam
