I was moving at the end of the month and went to the website to change my address. With the chaos of starting a new job and planning a move, I was not as diligent as I normally would be and didn't realize the website I went to wasn't the USPS. The website is made to look like an outdated version of the USPS. I gave my credit card for the cost to change my address. I did not sign up for ANYTHING else, yet a few days later I get an email confirmation about a subscription I signed up for with "penny-savings.com" and that I'll be charged $99.75. It took me a minute to even realize that this was connected to my address change. I called them furious, and demanded they cancel the subscription and refund the $99.75. They did refund the money and send me an email confirming the cancellation, but a couple weeks later I get another email saying that my free trial is ending and I'll be charged $99.75. I called again, furious again, and was told there was no evidence of my having called them, and the refund I was given last month wasn't for the subscription, but for the address change. I've never heard of an address change costing $100. I was told again that the subscription would be cancelled and I would not be charged. I have no reason to believe them given that they claim to have no record of my previous call, so I'll be watching my credit card on the date the "free trial" is supposed to end.

It appears there's technically legitimacy to this company because the address change was processed with the USPS, but I only discovered this charge because I was watching my bank account for something else and noticed the $99.75 that I did not authorize. I can only imagine how many other people are being scammed and charged by this company and have no idea. This company should not be allowed to be in business.
