I received a postcard in the mail that stated that I had an unclaimed reward on my account for $100 and that I had to call 1-855-638-0317. There's also a claim number on the postcard as well. They asked for my claim number from the postcard I received in the mail. They asked for a confirmation of my name and address since they already had it on file. They asked for my email address and bank account number so that the money could be deposited within the next few days. I received a confirmation number at the end of the phone call. I was never told at any time during the phone conversation that I was paying for a subscription. The money never came so I called back about a week later, told them that I never got the money, gave them my confirmation number and they said that the money would be there in the next few days. I never got the money. About two months later I saw a check withdrawal from my bank account for ID Guard LLC and called the number on the picture of the check and the company refused to give me a refund despite the fact that I told them what happened. They told me that I subscribed through a third party and all that they would do is cancel my subscription and give me a $45 dollar gift card sent to my Gmail account that they had on file. I never got the gift card either.
