I had a similar experience with them a tracking number that showed the rug was not given to fedex and many emails saying to be patient. I did receive the rug on June 9th and I ordered it in April 25th. Took a long time to get but this is not a scam site. I feel like they are made in China and when items are ordered then they make the rug and ship it out as they get orders. The quality was very thin rug but it is beautiful and I’m happy I waiting and didn’t file a complaint with my bank. Hang in there you’ll get what you ordered. Alissa Cinkovich

They advertised on Facebook rugs, I place an order a little over 100.00

After three weeks tried contacting them and they said on the way.

4 weeks later they no longer reply to me.

I believe this company or person is overseas. Do not buy from them!!
