Consumer found website selling Dachshunds. She was told they would deliver to her home at no cost. In looking at the site, she noted that all puppies were 11 weeks old and sold for $550.00 (male or female), and that they showed only one puppy sold. There was also no location information and no phone on the site - just a form to email. She emailed asking where they were located and they responded "St. Cloud, MN" (no other info). She then asked if they were a "scam"; they replied with a very defensive email; they also then told her she needed to send $300.00 immediately to hold the puppy until after Christmas. She contacted the ScamPulse.com and was able to determine that this was most likely a fraudulent website (website registered 8-25-23; company not registered with the MN Secretary of State; business not found in St. Cloud; no further helpful contact info on website).
