Advertised on Facebook. Ordered Ab Stimulator and Arm Stimulators. Barely work and are very flimsy, etc. When I requested a refund, they demanded I send a video of the product working or not working while their policy simply states, "Returns - Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging."

I advised that I simply want a refund but they are refusing to provide a refund although I have complied with their policy.
