I saw an ad online of a business called power tools they had all different types of power tools and generators etc for sale really cheap so I ordered a generator and paid with my PayPal card everything went through was accepted they sent me a transaction number ID a tracking number and I waited and waited and waited and my generator never came so I tried to contact the people through the email address they gave no answer no reply they did not have a phone number listed which I did not notice until I tried to start contacting them to ask where my product was and this is being September the 19th that I ordered the generator and I've still not received it I've still received no word from the people can't get in contact with the people so I'm at the conclusion that I've been scammed I don't know what to do about it I need some advice please or somebody to help me get my $106.95 back which was the total of the some after shipping and everything after tax and always included

A website that looks professional and credible for purchasing tools. They are quick to process you payment and then that's it, no delivery of purchased tools, account login and tracking is fake. I sent several emails asking where my order is, unable to actually talk with a representative and never received my order, haven't recieved an email or contacted as to where my order is or why it hasn't been delivered

Website (advertisement) states they have tools at discount price. The site will not let your payment process after you enter you card information. You can only contact owner via email. The owner does not respond back. I sent a message Facebook advertisement about my current situation and the owner deleared it instead of contacting me.

I bought a power tool kit from here and after making the purchase the login no longer worked I tried to contact them through email and no response. I also tried looking for a phone number and they don’t have any.

I ordered a tool set , off the website , I luckily kept the receipt , there was no conformation email, I sent multi[le emails to their contact and no return.
