I ordered a phone tracker from this company for $29.99. However, they added 3 more products to my cart upon submission. I tried to cancel the service immediately. They promised a refund multiple times but never refunded the money. Their phone number keeps telling you to contact them by email or on their website. They kept $119.96 of my money.

Be warned! The powerline group is definitely a scam! I purchased service from them on February 24, 2021, only to discovered that my phone did not have the proper device in order for the service to work, so I contacted them via email (because it's impossible to get a live person), to get a refund, and to cancel the subscription, in the amount of $69.99, and since February 24, Fran Ferrara, has been emailing me stating that I would receive my refund within 2-3 days, or the support staff is reviewing my case, and finally, she see where I was initiated a refund, and it would take up to 3 days depending on how my bank works. I have yet to receive a refund. All I wanted was a refund.
